Let's Get Started!
We are so glad you're here! Please start by filling out the request form with as many details as possible. We typically respond within 2-3 business days. We may reach out with some questions to get started and can always setup a phone call or Google Meet to get to know one another better.

PLEASE NOTE: if your order is needed within 2 weeks or less, a rush fee will apply.
Invoicing & Contract
Once we confirm any necessary information, we will email an estimate based on the provided details. Estimates are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to change depending on your needs and the cost of materials.

When you move ahead with us as a client, we will email you an invoice and contract to sign. Upon signing the contract, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total is due. This amount will go towards the final cost of your request.
Design
Here is where the fun begins! We will work with you to understand your needs and bring your vision to life.
For digital requests, please allow for a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions throughout the design process so that we can capture exactly what you are looking for. We will send you proofs of the piece(s) for your review prior to finalizing.

If you are providing any materials, we ask for 20% extra of the materials to account for any mistakes or messes we may make along the way.
If you are providing names, addresses, or other wording to us, please proofread everything before sending it over. We will create all projects with the exact information provided.
Payment & Delivery
All final payments are due two weeks prior to your requested due date.

If you are located in the Greater Boston or Southern New Hampshire area, we may be able to coordinate local pickup. Travel fees may apply.
